Trivia Challenge Registration Form

Trivia Night is a hosted game played with teams of 4-8 players ages 16 and over! Teams work together to decide on their answer as well as strategize the optimal use of pre-assigned point values in order to achieve the highest possible score in each round and category.

Join us for a night of food, fun and trivia as we raise funds for the Scott Banke Memorial Scholarship Fund.

This year we will award eight $2,500 college scholarships to local students who are Impact Makers in the community. There will be door prizes, a silent raffle and a dessert dash. Space is limited to 162 players.

 

What:  12th Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser for the “See Ya Later” Foundation Scholarship Fund
When:  April 24th, 2025 (Thursday)
Where: Farm 12 - 3303 #B 8th Ave SE - Puyallup, WA 98372
Time:  5:30 - 9:00 (Check in at 5:30 - Dinner at 6:00 - Trivia begins at 6:45)
Cost:  $50 per person includes Dinner and Trivia.

Raffle Tickets:  $40 for 10. $100 for 30.
