Welcome to the Seeds of Hope Program
The Seeds of Hope program provides encouragement to families when a child, or a parent with children 18-years and under, has been diagnosed with an acute life-threatening medical illness. We serve Washington's King and Pierce Counties at this time.
We understand that your family is dealing with a very difficult medical situation at this time and we would like to provide hope and encouragement to your family with no strings attached! We believe that all families can benefit from some encouragement whether their needs are great or small. We also want to be sensitive to your timing and where this opportunity finds you in your process. The Seeds of Hope Committee has assisted dozens of families like yours and has been able to bring encouragement to each of them. Perhaps your family needs a weekend away, a family bonding experience, help with gas, groceries or other family needs. These are examples of some ways in which we have encouraged several families in the past and provided them with lasting family memories.
Our Process:
1. Please complete the following Seeds of Hope Application to help us get to know your family better and find out how we can best serve your needs. Simply click through to the next page.
2. Please send [email or mail] a Doctor’s diagnosis describing the current medical illness. Doctor’s Questionnaire: Seeds of Hope Doctor's Note.pdf or this link: https://seeyalater.ejoinme.org/MyPages/DoctorsNote
3. A Seeds of Hope committee member will contact you after your application and diagnosis note have been reviewed. The committee meets on a monthly basis to review applications.
We utilize our resources to match each family’s individual needs. Seeds of Hope may or may not provide applicant with support based on “See Ya Later” Foundation’s financial position, previous commitments or application assessment by the Seeds of Hope Committee.
